Appointments.

We are now open for appointments in the Godalming clinic. Appointments are available throughout the week, please get in touch to enquire about times and availability. At Core Osteo we aren’t big fans of online booking systems and would much rather talk to you during the booking process. Although sometimes it might not be convenient to talk at the time of the call, please do leave a message and we will always return your call as soon as possible.

New Patients

Appointments for new patients will last for approximately 60 minutes, this enables us to gather all of the relevant information about your problem, cover some key medical health checks and, most importantly, take the time to get to know you and your expectations for treatment.

Return Patients

Follow-up appointments at Core Osteo are approximately 45 minutes in duration; 15 minutes longer than your average follow-up Osteopathy session. We feel that the extra time enables us to be thorough in our treatment to help alleviate even the most stubborn of problems… and also, have a chat!

Insurance Patients

Appointments covered by medical insurance are invoiced at the same rate as regular treatment sessions. In the case of a “Price Cap” (AXA Health) you will have two options.

  1. Have 100% of your treatment covered. The treatment will be limited to a 30 minute session. This is shorter than a regular session at Core Osteo but more in keeping with what you might expect from other osteopathic/chiropractic clinics.

  2. Have 66.6% of your sessions covered, then be invoiced separately to cover the shortfall.
